Holliswood, LLC was able to purchase 22 West 90th Street off-market in 2014 and set about adding value to achieve the maximum rent roll. Under our management, we have increased our NOI by 30 percent in 1.5 years through value-added improvements to the building. Despite a long term stabilized tenant on the most valuable garden floor, Holliswood has been able to refinance the acquisition after improvements to achieve a 6% return on investment.
